Our investment team guides you through every stage, from initial enquiry through to completion and tenanting. The process below is the same for every investor. No hidden steps, no surprises.

Choose

Choose an apartment that fits your investment criteria. We can talk you through the options and the rental data behind each.

Reserve

Pay a £5,000 reservation fee. Your unit is held for 21 days while solicitors are instructed.

Solicitors

Instruct your solicitor. We work with a panel we can recommend, or you can use your own.

Exchange

Transfer 20% of the purchase price on exchange, within 21 days of reservation.

Complete

Transfer the balance, minus the reservation fee, on completion. Our lettings team handles tenanting from day one.
